Santo Domingo is known for its agricultural heritage and the Pandan Festival, which celebrates the pandan plant and products made from it. The town is also home to the historic Santo Domingo Church, an important local religious landmark. Rice fields, farms, and irrigation waterways cover much of the surrounding plain.

Bongabon is widely recognized as the Onion Capital of the Philippines, famous for its massive commercial production of red and white onions. Its fertile flat-to-rolling terrain serves as a major agricultural trading hub in the valley.

Guimba is known as an agricultural town where rice, onions, vegetables, and other crops are widely grown. The town also has local nature destinations such as Pamitinan Cave and Villa Krizelna Nature Resort. Its broad, fertile plains and quiet rural communities give Guimba a distinctly countryside character.

Llanera is known for its agricultural lands, especially rice fields and farms that support many local communities. The town is also associated with the Taong Putik Festival, a Holy Week tradition in which devotees cover themselves with mud and dried leaves. Its mostly flat countryside is crossed by irrigation canals and waterways.

Pantabangan is best known for Pantabangan Dam and its huge reservoir, which has become a popular destination for island hopping, kayaking, fishing, and scenic trips. The old town of Pantabangan was submerged during construction of the dam in the 1970s, and parts of its church and other ruins can reappear when water levels fall. Mountains, forests, and the wide lake give Pantabangan some of the most dramatic scenery in Nueva Ecija.
