The Kapiya Display and Pasyon Singing Contest is a unique annual Lenten tradition held during Holy Week in Santa Barbara, Iloilo. It features the creative construction of "kapiya" or tableaus depicting the 14 Stations of the Cross using local materials or human actors. Alongside the visual displays, a contest is held for singing the traditional Pasyon, the epic narrative of Christ's suffering.
