The Minuluan Festival is a grand and historically rich annual celebration in Talisay City, Negros Occidental. The festival honors the city's patron saint, San Nicolas de Tolentino, while also commemorating the heroism of the local freedom fighters, known as the Minuluan warriors, who valiantly defended the town against Spanish colonizers. The week-long event features spectacular street dancing, theatrical reenactments, and cultural showcases that celebrate the city's brave history, deep faith, and vibrant Negrense culture.
