Also known as the Feast of Saint William, the Pamulinawen Festival is a month-long celebration every February in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. Dedicated to the city's patron saint, Saint William the Hermit, the festival takes its name from a famous Ilocano folk song. The festivities are a vibrant display of Ilocano heritage, featuring engaging activities such as street dancing, a parade of beautifully decorated kalesas (horse-drawn carriages), and various cultural and religious events.
