Sinacaban is known for its coastal and marine attractions, including the Asenso Misamis Occidental Recreation and Adventure Park, a major new tourism development along the coast. The area features aquamarine waters, mangroves, and recreational facilities and has been promoted as the “Maldives of Mindanao.” Its coastal plains and waterways also support fishing and agriculture.

Lopez Jaena is known for its coastal setting, fishing communities, and quiet beaches along Panguil Bay. The town also has rivers, farms, and inland natural areas that provide a peaceful countryside experience. Its name honors Graciano López Jaena, one of the leading figures of the Philippine Propaganda Movement.
