Salubong sa Angono is a deeply rooted religious tradition held every Easter Sunday in Angono, Rizal. The event reenacts the joyful meeting of the resurrected Jesus Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary. It features a young girl dressed as an angel who is lowered from a structured 'galilea' to lift the mourning veil of the Virgin Mary, followed by a festive procession, joyful music, and vibrant community celebrations.
